Course Overview
The Ocean Freight Process and Documentation course provides a practical understanding of how international sea freight operates — from booking a shipment to delivering cargo at destination. Participants will learn how ocean freight integrates into the global supply chain, explore the roles of key stakeholders, and gain detailed knowledge of documentation, procedures, and compliance involved in both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments.
Through real-world examples and step-by-step process mapping, learners will develop the confidence to manage sea freight shipments, interpret shipping documents, and coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents.
